All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
If you place another order within 24 hours of paying shipping, we’ll cover the shipping on that second purchase!
Shipping charges and delivery times are subject to change. The Statement Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS directly if you believe your package is missing.
LOCAL PICKUP
Shop local? We offer in-store pickup at our Sulphur location! Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive an email once your order is prepared for pickup.

RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit within 14 business days of delivery or purchase.
To qualify for a return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, tags must still be attached, and items must be postmarked within 14 business days of delivery. Returns showing signs of wear or without tags will be refused.
Final sale items (including jewelry, sunglasses, purses, belts, bralettes, sale items, and any purchase made with a coupon code) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, email us at shopthestatementclothing@gmail.com to confirm availability. If your size isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit instead.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order at shopthestatementclothing@gmail.com. Include details and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
